Today I have a testimony of a marvelous thing the Lord did for me earlier. A couple of days ago my driving gloves came up missing, and I haven't been able to figure out where they went. I use them year around and I've already lost one pair by leaving them on top of the car, and they came off somewhere while driving. I've been praying for the Lord to let me find them, and using an older pair that I don't care much for in the meantime. Anyway, I was walking my dog @[100001811261932:2048:Champ Hale] around 2:30 a.m. down by the pump station plant that's across the field from our house. There is a long straight fence beside the plant, and it turns to the left after about 100 feet and there's a longer portion of fence that goes back to the creek behind the plant. This is where I always walk my dog late at night, so it was just normal routine. I was talking to the Lord about my gloves on the way across the field walking toward the plant. My dog still hadn't done his business by the time I was at the end of the straight section of the fence, so I was approaching the part of the fence where it turns left and goes down to the creek. Right at that moment I I brought the issue of my gloves up to the Lord again, and I said, "Lord, please help me find my gloves." I was right at the turn and I took no more than a single step, and it was no more than one second after I said that to Jesus, that I turned left with the fence and there were my gloves HANGING ON THE FENCE AT FACE LEVEL! I mean, WOW! So me and my dog had an old time holy Ghost prayer meeting with Jesus right there and then, and all I could say was, "Lord, THANK YOU for putting that prayer in my heart at that moment so that I could be so impacted in my faith toward you for your IMMEDIATE answer!"

It was amazing! Then I realized that when I walked the dog back there a couple of nights ago, I took the gloves off momentarily and stuck them under my arm for a couple of minutes. I forgot they were there and went back home and didn't think any more about it. Someone with a kind heart found them and wrapped the velcro straps into the fencing and hung them in plain sight for me to find them. I have to tell you, I prayed a thousand blessings over their life and the lives of their loved ones for allowing God to use them like that. God is so incredibly thoughtful and good to us in even the smallest of things. I didn't want to have to buy another pair of driving gloves only a couple of months after buying these, especially because I had already lost a pair then. It's also a real encouragement because I have ALL KINDS OF REALLY BIG THINGS that I need to have worked out miraculously right now. After that happened I just started thanking God for working out all of these big issues for me before the answers are apparent. In fact I had already done that with fervor earlier in the night while my son @[100002740056304:2048:Benjamin Hale] and I were out. The scripture says that God "calls those things which be not as though they were" (Rom. 4:17). By the same token we need to thank God for the things we're praying for, as though the results of the answers were already manifested. He really cares and he just wants us to trust him and rest in that assurance. Amen.
