Tell Somebody!

"Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days. Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth. If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth … He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap. As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all. In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good" (Eccl. 11:1-6). ”They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him” (Psm. 126:5,6). ”Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord” (II Tim. 1:8). ”And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death” (Rev. 12:11). "A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth" (Prov. 12:14). ”Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” (Prov. 18:21). ”No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light” (Lk. 11:33). Amen? Has God done something for you? Well, look for an opening and tell someone about it!! It will surely empower you, and it may very well do something for someone else. And on top of that, it’s just a really productive way to use our God-given ability to speak. Amen.
