Judgment and the World

The big move in the world today is to force everyone to accept every evil thing as normal and good, even though these things are hated by God. Be inclusive, be politically correct, and be sure to not stand for anything that Jesus stands for and represents. Anything that is true and right about God is absolutely to be excluded from the big, sweet, cheery mix. Reason being that the big, sweet, cheery mix is nothing but a big, stinking, hateful rebellion against Jesus Christ, who at last check still holds the universe in the palm of his hand. The whole thing is about judgment, or actually the lack thereof. Nobody wants their sins reproved, and nobody wants to believe that they will be judged for their wickedness, though God has never failed to bring judgment on the wickedness of man, even if it takes a while for it to show up. The old saying is that 'history repeats itself,' and that saying is absolutely true. The reason history repeats itself is because man has always believed that he won't be judged for his froward ways, and God has always disappointed man's expectations in the matter. There is not a nation or kingdom in history that has not ended up falling, yet modern man thinks he will be the first to not be judged. God's people of old had that errant mindset, and God reproved them by his prophets for thinking that way: "Ye have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the Lord, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?" (Mal. 2:17). That is exactly what is going on in this country, and worldwide really, today. Everybody wants to establish this lunacy that everyone is good regardless of how they are conducting themselves morally, and that those who are doing evil in God's sight are just as 'deserving' of good reward as those who are truly doing what is right. More so in fact, as it is always the righteous who are on the short end of that stick. That is what God was saying in Malachi that Israel was believing, and that is exactly what people are believing today. As if God actually 'delights' in the deeds of those whom he deems as wicked. And like I said earlier, no one believes that they are going to be judged for their wicked ways, because everyone is feeding this filthy, politically correct c_ _ p into each other's ears constantly.

Maybe folks should read the Bible a little more, let's say the book of Jeremiah. Nobody believed Jeremiah when he told them that God was going to judge his people and the city that he himself had established as the capitol, and where his own temple resided. All of the wayward prophets of Jeremiah's day fed the people continually with the attractive lie that God would never destroy his own people or his own city. Evidently those prophets believed their own lies, but they certainly did not convince God that he was wrong. God even made an example of one such prophet that opposed Jeremiah's message of judgment, sentencing him to death and fulfilling the order before the year was out (Jer. 28:1-17). A whole lot of people today should consider with fear what God told Jeremiah about ALL of the prophets that told his people that he was not going to judge them: "Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land; By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed" (Jer. 14:15). That is correct my friend; everyone who refuses to turn from their self-reliant wickedness, and everyone who believes that they will not be judged by God for what he calls sin; it is they who absolutely WILL be judged for their ways. Not only so, but it is the duty of every child of God to stem the tide of this massively wicked disbelief and collective lying against the Lord and his truth. Think not? What did Jesus say about it: "Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels" (Mk. 8:38). It becomes easier every day to see how the apostle Paul said the following: "Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution" (II Tim. 3:12). Paul also was in agreement with Jesus about his followers being ashamed of him: "If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us" (II Tim. 2:12).

So everyone who blows all this smoke about gay marriage rights, 'women's choice' rights, being accepting of Islam, accepting gun control, free sex, Satanism, atheism, and every other abomination to God; can either repent humbly and fearfully before God now, or talk themselves right into a head on collision with an overwhelming judgment of God that is coming on all who stand for such things. And lest any child of God be exalted in themselves because they are not partakers of such things, those things are merely the full bloom of sin in the world. The scriptures bring it down to the root of the tree with such admonitions and warnings like the following: "Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience... But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds (Col. 3:5,6,8,9). The fact of the matter is that no matter how many people pacify one another with lies about the judgment of God, or lack thereof, it won't change the outcome of believing such nonsense: "Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered" (Prov. 11:21). It's not as if God hasn't given due warning, like in the prophet Nahum: "For while they be folden together as thorns, and while they are drunken as drunkards, they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry" (Nah. 1:10). That is what is coming my friend, and it is coming on "an adulterous and sinful generation" that we are in the midst of. The apostle Paul gave a little more clarity to the fearful words of Nahum: "And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power" (II Thess. 1:7-9). There's certainly no doubt about what is written. All that remains is the question asked by the apostle Paul to a king before whom he stood to be judged: "King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets?" Acts 26:27). Amen.
