Temptation and the Holy Spirit

Jesus gave me a revelation of the holy Ghost while I was in my prayer time earlier today, and I would like to pass it on to everyone who may see this post. It's an inescapable fact that the only thing Satan can do is imitate, mock, and pervert what God has already established. God is the creator and it is he who has established and set in order all that exists, in heaven and in earth (Eph. 3:9; Jn. 1:3; Col. 1:16). Satan can create nothing, neither can he establish any new thing at all. He has no choice but to work off of what God does and has done as I said; in perversion, disorder, imitation, and mockery. That isn't the revelation I was speaking of, but rather a lead in to it. What the Lord showed me today was that Hitler and what he tried to do, was a weak and doomed imitation of what Jesus has done, is doing, and will do with his Gospel; and of his second coming and thousand year reign in the earth. Hitler had the notion to 'create' a master race made up of people who were modeled after him. Everyone who did not measure up to his criteria for this master race had to be purged out from among those who were approved by him. I think we all know what came of that. His idea was to have a Germany that was the super-race of people in the earth, which would be the indisputable 'ruling class' in the earth. Of course he dreamed of this master race of his, as well as himself, as continuing forever. After all, the truth of the matter is that everyone has some degree of notion that they're going to just live forever. As we know, Hitler's little [or big really] plan failed, and he did not live forever. Why did it fail? Because it was the wrong plan that came from the wrong source, and was wrought through the wrong instrument. It was just all wrong.

Nonetheless, Satan was working feverishly to imitate and pervert something that God has indeed accomplished through Christ, and will yet accomplish. Whereas Hitler, the earthly leader of Satan's plan, killed many people to try to accomplish his goal; Jesus, who was the earthly leader of God's plan of the Gospel, died himself in the stead of all men for all time in order to implement God's plan. The apostle Paul told this reality with beautiful simplicity: "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Rom. 5:8). Where Hitler was utterly exclusive in his plan, in that no one who did not already fit with his agenda could not be part of his master race; Jesus was and is the most inclusive man of all time, having died and risen again for the sake and the good of all men who have ever lived. Again the apostle Paul brought that point home with power and grace: "Who [God] will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth" (I Tim. 2:4). The truth is that Jesus is the only man in the history of the world with the right criteria and agenda, yet he fervently desires to make all men a partaker of what he has and what he is, regardless of what their current condition or state may be. Now that my friend is the true meaning of 'inclusive.' For the sake of the comparison I'm making here I will just use the same term of 'master race' in reference to those who believe on Jesus and are reconciled to himself and the Father. Unlike Satan and Hitler's master race, who were chosen BECAUSE of what they already were, the master race of Jesus can be a master race only because they are literally joined to he and the Father, and are thereby made "partakers of the divine nature" with he and the Father (I Cor. 6:17; II Pet. 1:4).

The unison of God, his Son, and those who are in Christ by faith in his death and resurrection for them; is so intimate that Jesus referred to it as follows: "And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me" (Jn. 17:22,23). As my old pastor and father in the Gospel said many years ago, "He's in you and your in him. You can't get any closer than that." In fact the scripture tells us that those who are "by one Spirit... baptized into [Christ], have put on Christ" (I Cor. 12:13; Gal. 3;27). When we 'put on Christ' we are able to be like him because he is in us and we are in him. So the only true 'master race' that exists are those who are 'in,' and have 'put on,' THE MASTER! So we cannot be part of the master race of Jesus because of credentials and merits that we already have, but only by believing wholly on him and being made a literal partaker of his criteria. The only way we can remain in the master race is by continuing to be made pure by the power of this Spirit that he gives to those who join themselves to him by faith (Mat. 5:8; Acts 15:8,9; Tit. 3:5). John the apostle, speaking of the second coming of Christ and subsequent resurrection and glorification of this master race, put it simply and 'purely:' "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure" (I Jn. 3:2,3). So after being born again by faith in Jesus, we still must "work out [our] own salvation with fear and trembling" in order to be assured of remaining in the master race forever (Philip. 2:12).

Whereas Hitler purged the 'undesirables' away from himself from the outset of his endeavor to establish the master race, Jesus waits long and desires that all men be in his master race; and only purges them out when they actually purge themselves out by remaining in sin and dying in that state. Peter put it down just like it is: "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (II Pet. 3:9). The flaws and undesirable traits that are common to all men do not 'turn Jesus off,' but rather he died so that we could give our flaws and undesirable traits to him; and he in return will give us his flawless and divine traits. Wow. How gracious, good, and loving is that? Sounds like a good deal to me, much unlike Hitler's method of being thrown into a concentration camp and suffocated to death by gas, for not being born with the acceptable traits to be in the master race. Jesus will however purge the 'undesirables' out of his master race as well, and that includes those who were in it but didn't continue to keep themselves pure. He told us these things himself in fact, and in no uncertain terms: "As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth" (Mat. 13:40-42). But again, unlike Satan and Hitler, who purged out their 'tares' in the beginning of their quest, Jesus will only do so after exhausting all efforts to save all men, and his efforts are fully turned away. Hitler's plan failed because it was a cheap imitation by Satan, who is renowned among the righteous for his many cheap imitations of the one glorious God, and of his Son Jesus Christ.

On the other hand, Jesus' plan has been, is, and will be a total and everlasting success for all who have joined his master race and have continued in the faith that they began in. Whether dead or alive, those who have, do, and will love God's only begotten Son for the monumental love that he has loved us with; are going to become immortal and world rulers when our Savior returns from heaven and purges all of the 'undesirables' who have hated him, out of the earth (I Cor. 15:51-54; I Thess. 4:13-17). The master race of Jesus Christ will be the first, last, and only human beings who have ever conquered man's age old dilemma of sin and death, which he brought upon himself in the garden of Eden (Gen. 3:19; Jn. 11:25). That victory has been made possible only because God's beloved and only begotten Son left his heavenly state to become like us, just so he could die in our place; only to inevitably raise from the dead and provide that same victory over sin and death to all who would believe on him with all their heart (Heb. 2:14; Jn. 11:26; Rom. 8:2). So where Hitler's plan of a master race, and every other similar plan in the history of the world was doomed to failure, being of the devil; God's plan for his own master race, which he enacted by and through his blessed Son Jesus, will be an everlasting success, as we are clearly shown in the book of the Revelation: "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.... And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God... And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh...

And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection" (Rev. 19:11,12,14,15,21; Rev. 20:1-5). So things do not go so well for Satan at the return of the true 'Master, but things end very well for the true 'master race' who have trusted implicitly in their Master, and who have lived and died wholly for him. As for Hitler, he will suffer the same doom as his master the devil, and will get to spend eternity in utter horror, pain, and torment with him for all his labors. So will all others who have tried to perpetrate their own failed versions of 'the master race,' not to mention everyone else who has turned away God's amazing grace in their lifetime, and refused to allow him to give them his love as he desired to do. What a waste. And what a difference between God's plan and Satan's plan, as if the word 'difference' could actually describe it. So also is the magnitude of 'difference' between "the man Christ Jesus," who is "the one mediator between God and men;" and Satan's weak, tarnished, and hapless vessel named Adolph Hitler (I Tim. 2:5). May we strive to please the only true Master, and may he give us grace enough that we might be his master race forever with him. Amen.
