Nobody wants absoluteness

Nobody wants absoluteness. Now I have to tell you, that is a really BIG problem to have. God is utterly absolute, and his word is as absolute as absolute gets! More so in fact. I'm not talking about what men think the scriptures mean, I'm talking about GOD'S WORD that still comes from heaven to those who have ears to hear (Rev. 2:7). That is the only way you will ever know what the scriptures mean (Jn. 14:26; Jn. 16:13; I Jn. 2:27). Everyone is in love with their own religious opinion, while in reality all of the religious opinions on the face of the earth combined are not worth the dung that the possessors thereof drop into their toilets every day. Too graphic for you? Let me tell you that it is a provocation to God for his word to be shut out from the hearts and minds of men by the lofty and ridiculous opinions of religious people. There's a proverb that tells it perfectly: "A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself" (Prov. 18:2). You don't want absoluteness? How about this: When your breath and spirit leave your body you are ABSOLUTELY going wherever you have been truly heading while in this life, and you will have ABSOLUTELY nothing to say about it. If you have "feared God, and kept his commandments," that will be a wonderful day to arrive at (Eccl. 12:13,14). And I assure you that you must possess understanding of an absolute nature about what God's will is, in order to have kept it. If you have relied on your own opinion about what the commandments and will of God is, or on the religious opinions of others; you will be in for a very rude, very painful, and very long, awakening. Not only so, but their will be ABSOLUTELY nothing that you or anyone else can do to change one thing about it - EVER! No wonder the scripture says of the righteous; "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments" (Psm. 111:10). Let me give you just a little bit of the absoluteness of God for just a moment: God's will is for your heart and mine to be literally and completely purified from all sin, by active and aggressive faith in his Son Jesus Christ, who died to pay the price for your sins and mine, and rose again to take them away. Peter, speaking of the first Gentiles to believe the Gospel, to whom he was sent to preach, told it just like it goes: "Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us; And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith" (Acts 15:7-9). My friend, THAT IS ABSOLUTE!

To be certain, Peter and those who went with him to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those first Gentiles, KNEW that these people had received the holy Ghost, "[because] they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God" (Acts 10:46). That sign was absolute then, and it is absolute now. That is the sign that God chose to mark evidence of the new covenant in the beginning, and that is the sign that has been present with every single soul who has ever entered into that covenant since then (Acts 2:4). Period. God is not confused or scatter-brained, and he has not changed since then, contrary to the religious opinions of many lofty minded fools who love only to "discover their own heart [opinion]." Peter said that those Gentiles hearts were purified from sin by their faith in Jesus, through the experience of being baptized BY JESUS with the holy Ghost. Nothing has changed, or at least not for those who are honest, humble, and believing on Jesus for the same. Being purified from sin and STAYING purified from sin IS the will of God for all men. God and his Son paid a heavy price to make that a reality, and I for one do not want to be on the wasting end of that price. The apostle John was crystal clear about who will be saved by the resurrection of the dead when the Lord returns from heaven to the earth: "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure" (I Jn. 3:2,3). AMEN!! So being purified from sin is not a one time and done experience; IT IS EVERY DAY!! You cannot bear witness of the Lord Jesus Christ with sin in your life because he was not and is not a sinner! Period. If you claim to be a witness for Christ and you have sin, then you are a FALSE WITNESS! The only way to bear witness of Jesus Christ is to get sin out of your heart and soul, and have him IN YOUR HEART AND SOUL! And it comes right back to being baptized WITH HIS SPIRIT which purifies us from sin, and ABIDING IN THE SPIRIT: "Now the Lord IS that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty" (II Cor. 3:17). That "liberty" my friend, means liberty from committing sin. Nobody has Jesus in them unless they have been BAPTIZED BY THE SPIRIT INTO HIM! That is how he is in us and we are in him, just like he said it would be (Jn. 14:16,17,20; Jn. 17:22,23). The things that you have read here is exactly what the apostle Paul was saying very plainly to the Galatians: "For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ" (Gal. 3:26,27).

We can bear witness of Jesus Christ only AFTER we have literally "put him on" through the baptism of the Spirit. There is no other way to be purified from sin and to have the Son of God dwelling in you, and there is most certainly no other way to continue to "purify [yourself] even as he is pure." In other words it has to be HIM in us bearing witness of himself, because he alone is "the faithful and true witness" (Rev. 3:14). And to think of the brashness of foolish religious man who claims that we can't get sin literally out of our lives, and that we will be saved anyway "because of what Jesus did." Jesus sure didn't think like that: "And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved" (Mat. 24:12,13). Make no mistake my dear friend, the "love" that he spoke of as "waxing cold in many" is "the love of God [that] is shed abroad in our hearts by the holy Ghost" (Rom. 5:5). I'm afraid that a whole lot of religious fools think the Gospel is some kind of trivia game that they can set their own rules for. I think not. Would you like to know the flip side of Jesus' saying about "Enduring [without waxing cold] unto the end [and] being saved?" Here it is, and it was him who gave it: "He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death" (Rev. 21:8). Do you really think that you can be in any of those conditions, or any other sinful state, and still be saved "because Jesus did it all?" The apostle Paul certainly didn't think so when he soberly warned an unstable Corinthian congregation: "Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren. Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God" (I Cor. 6:8-10). No my friend, the great apostle to the Gentiles spoke for God, and he was in absolute agreement with God's Son. I'll tell you here and now that there are A WHOLE LOT of religious folks today who had better get themselves into agreement with these witnesses, or else be ready to face an eternal judgment of ABSOLUTE damnation that will come to all who refuse to TRULY believe on the Lord Jesus Christ unto the purifying of their hearts from sin, and continuance therein. You want absoluteness? You got it! AMEN!
